Guy Heinze, Jr.

Glynn County, Georgia: In breaking news, Glynn County Police have arrested Guy Heinze, Jr., for the eight counts of murder in the first degree and one count of attempted murder for the sole survivor still listed as being hospitalized in Savannah with critical injuries. Chief Matt Doering held a brief conference updating the public of the new developments on this horrific case. Heinze, Jr. was released from jail on bail this afternoon before being arrested for the murder and attempted murder charges.

Heinze, Jr. is also facing charges of drug, tampering and obstruction charges.

Police identified the eight victims in the mobile home murders in Brunswick.

A ninth victim, Byron Jimerson Jr., still in critical condition, has been identified as a three years old boy.

The autopsies on the victims have been completed, but the results have not been made public.
